Mr. Boumiya is a member of the Mauritania Bar Association, with over 20 years in the legal field. He is the managing partner of BHM Legal. Boumiya has honed his expertise across a range of sectors, most notably in commercial and business law. He previously worked for the Toyota branch in the USA, where he gained valuable commercial experience.

Mr. Hamoud extensive experience working in diverse business environments, including both Africa and the United States, enables him to provide excellent legal counsel that bridges local and global business landscapes. His areas of practice include corporate law, contract negotiations, PPP, private equity, M&A, investment law, infrastructure law, and mining law where he has developed a particular expertise in advising clients on commercial matters relying on a multiple degree in business law and a Certificate of Excellence in Legal Perspectives on Commercial Contracts.
